On July 26-27, 2024, the first meeting of the fourth board of directors of Chinaway Auto Parts (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the main warehouse in Danyang, Jiangsu. Nine directors of Chinaway attended the meeting, and three supervisors were present.

This meeting is the first meeting of the newly elected board of directors established at the shareholders' meeting in Zhangjiajie in April this year. The meeting heard the work report from the management team, which not only provided clear instructions on the company's market expansion, new product development, and inventory management but also called for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and enhancement of team cohesion.
